Orange Warriors B.V. attaches great value to the protection of personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Orange Warriors B.V. may process the following personal data:
- Name and company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing details
- IP address

We process personal data on the basis of one or more of the following grounds:

Orange Warriors B.V. may share personal data with third parties where this is necessary to deliver our services, for example:

8. Self-assessment on our website
At orangewarriors.com/en/self-assessment you can take a cybersecurity self-assessment. Before you start, we ask for your email address. For the self-assessment we process:
- Your email address
- Your answers to the questions and the resulting outcome (score and package advice). If you stop before finishing, we receive your answers up to that point and the question at which you stopped
- The page or website through which you reached the self-assessment (for another website, only the domain name)
- The IP address of your device, only to prevent misuse of the form
We use this data to email you your outcome and to contact you about it. We do so on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the self-assessment. You can withdraw this consent at any time via [email protected].
Your outcome is not stored in a database on our website. We receive an email containing your email address, answers and outcome. We keep that email for no longer than 12 months, or shorter if you ask us to. If you become a customer, we keep the data as part of our customer records.
We use Resend to send the emails. We use Cloudflare to host the website and to protect it against misuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).
9. Security of personal data
Orange Warriors B.V. takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
10. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Have your data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict the processing
- Transfer your data (data portability)
- Object to the processing

11. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
