Security awareness training

Security awareness training:your team as the first line of defence

More than 90% of all cyberattacks start with a phishing email. Technical protection such as firewalls and antivirus software protects your systems, but not your people. They are the weakest and at the same time the strongest link in your security.

With security awareness training from Orange Warriors you actively train your team to recognise phishing, report anything suspicious and act safely. Our platform meets the highest security standards and is fully GDPR compliant.

The weakest link

Your firewall does not stop people

An attack rarely starts with a technical flaw. Usually it starts with a message that looks entirely genuine and an employee who clicks at the wrong moment.

And those messages are getting more credible. Attackers now use AI to clone voices and to write email that no longer gives itself away through language mistakes. So what does your team have to see through today?

AI deepfakes on the phone

A call that sounds like a colleague, a supplier or your bank. The voice is cloned from a short audio clip and the caller responds dynamically to whatever is said.

Fake invoices

An invoice that looks exactly like the ones you are used to, but with a changed account number. Paid before anyone notices.

Spoofing of well-known brands

A fake password reset from Microsoft or Google, or a login page that cannot be told apart from the real one.

How it works

First testing: realistic phishing simulations

We send realistic simulated phishing emails, and other forms of attack, to your staff without telling them in advance. This is a training instrument, not a punishment. Anyone who does not recognise a simulated attack immediately receives a short micro-learning.

  • No technical knowledge required
  • GDPR compliant
  • Measurable per employee
Email phishing

140+ scenarios from real life

140+ ready-made scenarios based on real attacks: fake invoices, false IT notices, fake password resets from Microsoft, Google and other widely used platforms. Every click, attachment opened and password entered is measured.

Deepfake voice phishing

AI-driven phone calls

AI-driven phone calls posing as colleagues, suppliers or your bank. The fake caller responds dynamically to answers and can clone someone’s voice from a short audio clip, exactly as real attackers do.

Fake websites

Fully customisable copies

Fully customisable phishing websites that imitate well-known services. Shows which staff are vulnerable to social engineering outside the inbox too.

Autonomous campaigns

The platform plans by itself

The platform automatically selects the right scenarios based on publicly available information (OSINT) and each employee’s past performance. No manual planning needed.

The training

Then training: short modules that stick

01

Animated micro-learnings

Each module starts with a two to three minute animation, followed by deeper content and a quiz. The result shows each employee’s strong and weak points. Certificates are issued automatically.

02

Role-specific content

Training is matched to each employee’s role, behaviour and earlier results. An accountant gets different scenarios than a receptionist or an IT administrator.

03

A personal learning portal

Every employee has their own dashboard with assigned training, results achieved and downloadable certificates.

04

Reporting suspicious email

A button in Outlook or Gmail lets staff report suspicious email straight away. The system analyses the message with AI and gives the employee real-time feedback on the risks.

Reporting

Reporting and insight

As a customer you receive periodic reports covering:

  • The share of staff who clicked on phishing, with the trend over time
  • Which staff need extra attention
  • Which types of attack were most successful
  • Training progress and certificates achieved per employee

These reports are usable as evidence of a training policy in audits and compliance work (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001).

What's at stake?

This is what it looks like when it goes wrong

No technical jargon, just situations every business owner recognises.

An employee falls for a phishing attack

Without security awareness training

Your administrative assistant receives an email that looks like a message from IT: 'Your password expires in 24 hours. Click here to renew it.' The email is a perfect imitation. She clicks the link and enters her password. Within the hour an attacker logs into the system and installs ransomware. Every file is encrypted. The attackers demand € 25,000. Even if you pay, there is no guarantee the data comes back.

The damage

  • Every company file encrypted and inaccessible
  • Ransom demand: € 15,000 – € 50,000 on average for a smaller company
  • The company at a standstill for days to weeks
  • Recovery costs (restoring backups, forensic investigation): € 5,000 – € 20,000
  • Lost revenue through downtime, depending on the sector

What would have prevented this?

Security awareness training teaches staff to recognise phishing email, fake login pages and social engineering. Research shows that well-trained staff reduce the chance of a successful phishing attack by more than 70%.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about security awareness training

Is this training part of my package?

Security awareness training is included in the Sentinel package: twice a year, for 25 users. For Defender and Guardian customers it is available as a one-off add-on of € 399, also for 25 users. See the packages and pricing or get in touch if you need more.

Do my staff know they are being tested?

No. The simulations are sent without warning, because that is the only way to get a realistic picture. It is a training instrument, not a punishment: anyone who does not recognise a simulated attack immediately receives a short micro-learning.

How much time does it take my team?

Little. Each module starts with a two to three minute animation, followed by deeper content and a quiz. Staff only get training that fits their role and their earlier results.

Does this comply with the GDPR?

Yes. Our platform meets the highest security standards and is fully GDPR compliant. The reports are also usable as evidence of a training policy in audits and compliance work (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001).

What if someone keeps clicking?

You see it in the reporting: you get real-time insight into the risk level per employee and see who needs extra attention. The platform matches follow-up training to that person’s behaviour and earlier results.

What if something goes wrong anyway?

Then we are there straight away. Besides training we also protect your email, your website and your passwords, so a single click does not immediately become an incident.

How phishing-resistant is your team?

We look, free of charge, at where your company is vulnerable right now, the human side included. After that you know exactly what is needed.

Security awareness training is part of the Sentinel package and available as an add-on for the other packages.
